The Telangana Government has finally decided to go against AIMIM party which has strong hold in Hyderabad. The TS govt has given nod to prosecute MIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in the case pertaining to his hate speech in Nirmal. Telangana government has issued orders and sanctioned the permission for his prosecution in a 2012 'hate speech' case.

The order states that Owaisi committed an offence within the jurisdiction of Nirmal Police Station, Adilabad District and the Govt. of Telangana hereby accords sanction for the accused to be prosecuted for the offences punishable under section 153-A of the Indian Penal Code.Way back in 2013 Akbaruddin Owaisi in a speech had strongly lashed out at BJP and PM Narendra Modi.

He has made highly inflamatory speech in which he said the Indian Muslims need just 15 minutes to destroy Hindus . He also made derogatory remarks about Lord Srirama's mother Kausalya

Owaisi made those comments while addressing a rally of 25,000 people in the Nirmal town of Telangana's Adilabad district. Owaisi comments earned huge uproar and then Kiran Kumar Reddy Government promptly arrested him and slapped a case against him.

The Hyderabad High Court had recently questioned the state government over the delay in prosecuting MIM legislator for his 2012 hate speech case and gave a week's time to police.
