TS High Court Gives Big Relief To AP Cadre IAS Officer!

As part of the mining, the accused reportedly violated several norms and went rampage in the Bellary reserve forest. The issue raised many eyeballs after it came to light. The Central agency CBI brought the case to light and flagged several violations and irregularities.
Now the case is in the news as Andhra Pradesh cadre IAS officer Y Srilakshmi who is one of the accused received a big relief as the charges against her were squashed. The Telangana High Court gave orders earlier today. As there is no concrete evidence to prove her charge she was acquitted of the charges.
After a special CBI court did not entertain the plea to squash the charges against her, the IAS officer knocked on the doors of the High Court and the higher court gave her a big relief.
The AP Cadre IAS officer was dubbed as one of the accused in the case and she reportedly misused her powers as she held the position of Secretary for Industries and Commerce in the combined Andhra Pradesh. She reportedly granted a few permissions. She was arrested and even sent to jail.
After spending around one year in jail she was taken into a job by the Telangana government. After YS Jagan Mohan Reddy became the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh she was inducted into the state. Recently she got a promotion to Special Chief Secretary.
