TSRTC Decides To Run The Buses

Marking the fourth phase of the existing nationwide lockout imposed in the third week of March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Centre gave more relaxations to the states and said that the states can decide whether to run the buses in the state or not.
Following this, Telangana decided to run the state transport buses in the state which were confined to depots from the last one and a half months to revive the RTC which faced huge losses.
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) will start its operations from tomorrow and the buses will only offer 50 percent occupancy in the buses as a safety measure.
Hand Sanitizers will be made available in the buses and the drivers should also wear the medical masks. These buses will run only in the areas with the less number of cases, barring the hotspots of the cases.
