TV9 Management Seizes Ravi Prakash's Cars

Seems like Ravi Prakash made a costly mistake by declaring war against the new management of TV9, Alandha Media & Entertainment Limited which acquired 90.5 percent stake in ABCL. Charges such as forgery, misuse of funds and unauthorised sale of logos has been levelled against the Former CEO of TV9 after he launched non-cooperation.
Alandha Media moved the High Court complaining Ravi Prakash continued to keep the vehicles belonging to the media organisation even after he was sacked as TV9 CEO. Following which, The Court ordered for confiscation of the luxury cars in the possession of Ravi Prakash.
Without any delay, Alandha Media seized the cars being used by Ravi Prakash until now. This is a huge setback to the Ex-Boss of the media house.
Bail petition of Ravi Prakash is likely to come up for hearing on Monday. That is when there will be a clarity on whether CCS Police would arrest him or not.
