Twitter Spam Accounts Place CEO and Musk against each other!

The world wants to know about one thing now, which is the Twitter deal. Though the deal was confirmed earlier itself, it was kept on hold temporarily as Elon Musk, who made the deal has some reservations about the spam accounts on the platform. If not for the reservations, the deal would have been finished by now.
The current Twitter management also said that the deal is finished and would be completed soon. Earlier Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal said the same, expressing his confidence in handing over the social media giant to the acquitter Elon Musk, who is spending a whopping amount to get Twitter into his hands.
Looks like the spam accounts issue is not going to settle down any time soon. Adding fuel to this, Elon Musk and Parag Agarwal are displaying a contrary opinions on the spam accounts. While the CEO is trying his best to defend the span accounts on Twitter, Elon Musk is working on removing the same. Elon Musk thinks that Twitter will have more than 5 percent of spam accounts.
Parag Agarwal expressed his willingness to talk about the spam accounts on Twitter but also said that outsiders cannot be involved in the process of looking for the spam accounts as they have to go through various accounts.
The Twitter CEO even said that there are a lot of details that go under the description of the accounts. In a tweet, Agarwal said that an estimation process was started and its overview was shared with Elon Musk already. In a series of tweets, Parag Agarwal highlighted how complicated the processing of identifying spam accounts is.
In a single tweet reply, Elon Musk used a poop emoji, which is used to say when something is scrap and not useful. His tweet raised a new doubt if the Twitter deal will happen or not.
"Unfortunately, we don't believe that this specific estimation can be performed externally, given the critical need to use both public and private information (which we can't share). Externally, it's not even possible to know which accounts are counted as mDAUs on any given day, Parag Agarwal tweeted.
