Two Fake Doctors Held For Running Hospital In Hyderabad

Amid coronavirus outbreak, the officials have held two persons for running a 30-bed hospital in Mehdipatnam area of the city for three years, with fake documents. Two persons, namely Mohd Shoaib Subhani and Mohd Abdul Mujeeb had opened a hospital, 'Sameer Hospital,' on the Asifnagar road in Mehdipatnam.
Mujeeb, who studied till Class X, posed as a qualified doctor and roped in Subhani, a degree college dropout, to join him in opening the Sameer Hospital. Mujeeb had earlier worked as the managing director of a private hospital in Humayunnagar. With that experience, he managed to run a hospital for nearly three years at the center of the city.
Somehow, their luck ran out on Sunday and police identified them as fake doctors after checking the documents of the hospital. Mujeeb and Subhani have been handed over to Asifnagar police for further investigation.
