Two Indians in Forbes 100 Richest Tech Billionaires

Wipro chairman Azim Premji and HCL co-founder Shiv Nadar are the only Indians to make it to the Forbes 100 Richest Tech Billionaires in the World 2016. While Azim Premji is at 13th position with a net fortune of Rs 16 billion, Shiv Nadar occupies 17th spot with net-worth of $11.6 billion.
Indian-Americans Romesh Wadhwani (Symphony Technology Group CEO) and Bharat Desai & his wife Neerja Sethi (IT Consultant & Outsourcing firm Syntel).
Microsoft founder Bill Gates leads list of Forbes 100 Richest Tech Billionaires for one more time with a net fortune of $78 billion. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg are at 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
More than half of the Tech Billonaires in Forbes 100 Richest are from USA. In fact, Americans occupied 8 out of the Top 10 spots. China contributes 19 tech billionaires to claim the second position.
