In 2014 General Elections, BJP won over 300 Parliament Seats to form the Government even without the support of alliance partners. Still, Alliance Partners such as TDP were given the opportunity to be part of Union Cabinet. Very soon, Yet another political party is going to befriend BJP.
Election Commission granted Two Leaves election symbol to AIADMK led by Tamil Nadu CM Palanisamy & Deputy CM O Panneerselvam. This cleared the doubts over which faction could claim authority on AIADMK.
Palanisamy & Panneerselvam have been maintaining good relations with centre since few months to stabilize the AIADMK Government. Post the consent of EC, It's almost certain that AIADMK will join Modi Cabinet. PM is likely to offer two posts for AIADMK in his cabinet, so that BJP could strengthen it's base in Tamil Nadu with the help of the Ruling Party.
In 2019 Lok Sabha Polls, AIADMK is likely to have alliance with BJP in Tamil Nadu.
