PM Fasal Bima Yojana - A Big Scam: BJP Ally

Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray alleged Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana is much bigger scam than Rafale Deal. 'Farmers received only certificates of loan waiver, not the amount,' he complained during a rally at Beed in Maharashtra.
Uddhav Thackeray has called up a Farmer identified as Balasaheb Haribhau Solunke on stage to show the Loan Waiver certificate issued by the BJP Government's 'Aaple Sarkar' portal. As per the certificate, Loan obtained by Solunke (Rs 98,925) from SBI has been waived. Thackeray questioned the Farmer whether he received the benefit of loan waiver scheme and received 'NO' as answer.
Following which, Uddhav Thackeray accused BJP Government of issuing fake certificates and looting crores in the name of farm loan waiver. 'They treat Me as opponent if I raise questions. I will keep doing that inspite of alliance with the BJP,' he asserted.
Cooperation & Marketing Minister Subhash Deshmukh rubbished the claims of Solunke that he hadn't received the farm loan waiver amount. He even displayed the bank account details of the farmer to prove amount was deposited in November 2018.

Uddhav Thackeray slammed PM Modi for denying drought relief to farmers during his visit to Solapur. He described the PM Fasal Bima Yojana as Fasavnuk Yojana (Fraud Scheme). He also termed the Ujjwala LPG Connection Scheme as publicity stunt.
