Uncertain future for these Palamur leaders

They were the unquestioned rulers in Mahabubnagar politics. They occupied key posts and dictated politics in the district. But, today they are at political crossroads not knowing where to go. Kothakota Dayakar Reddy, Sita Dayakar Reddy,Amarnath Reddy and Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy were very prominent leaders when the TDP was in its glory.
While Sitha Dayakar Reddy was ZP chief, Kothakota Dayakar Reddy was a minister. Ravula played a key role as an MP and was considered a close camp follower of Chandrababu Naidu. But today, they are facing an uncertain future. Dayakar Reddy couple are said to be weighing options these days and might decide their future course of action in a month or two. The BJP is holding talks with Gurnath Reddy and is requesting him to join the BJP. Reddy is said to be favourably inclined to this proposal. Meanwhile, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy is also in two minds. As of now, he is still in the TDP and is also organizing some party programmes in the district.
With the appointment of Revanth Reddy as the PCC chief, the politics in Mahabubnagar are going to change. Revanth is likely to bring several such leaders into the Congress. Even former minister Jupalli Krishna Rao too is unhappy in the TRS. Revanth may talk to all these leaders and bring them into the Congress Party. These leaders are now said to be in talks with both Congress and the BJP. Major announcements are expected soon.
