No Confidence Motion - The Big Blunder!
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 Aug 2018 5:05 AM GMTUndavalli Arun Kumar is someone who would never go wrong when it comes to logic. He now complains Modi Government faced defeat during the voting on No Confidence Motion. Here is the logic...
Speaker: Now, The Question is that this House expresses it's Vote of Confidence in the Counsil of Ministers. Those in favour may say 'AYES'...those against may say 'NOES'. Now, The Division!
AYES: 126; NOES: 325; Total: 451
Actually, Only 126 MPs voted in favour of NDA Government. As many as 325 MPs claimed to be lacking confidence on the Counsil of Ministers. This could have happened due to misunderstanding and nobody bothered to focus on it as BJP have the sufficient numbers.
Undavalli: 'There is a recorded evidence. What more clarity does anybody want? If you say what's the big deal when BJP have numbers, then what is the need of the House?'
