Undavalli Arun Kumar's Analysis On Cm Jagan, Says Not Happy

Politician-turned-analyst Undavalli Arun Kumar is a strong loyalist of former Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. On several occasions and stages, he showered praises on YSR and spoke highly about him. He was also one of the invitees to the event that was held on the occasion of the 12th Death Anniversary of YSR.
Quite contrary to his devotion towards YSR, former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar said he didn't like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's ruling as the Chief Minister. He also let a thump down for decisions taken by Jagan to continue the freebies in Andhra Pradesh. I didn't like his ruling and the decisions he took, Undavvli said.
He called Corona a big advantage to Jagan and the beneficiaries have got the pensions and other benefits on time. Below the poverty line, people benefited from this, and with this Jagan's popularity has not come down. We need to understand one thing. Money will not come easily. After looking at the ways where he is bringing money for the freebies, I came to the conclusion that it is not the right thing. He is going in the wrong direction, he said.
Undavalli also rubbished the arguments of YSRCP leaders that no state can survive without taking debts. Drawing a comparison between Andhra Pradesh and other states, Undavalli said the debts taken by other states are capital investments and the process in AP is for generating revenue. Taking debts for capital investments is not wrong, he maintained.
Undavalli also flayed the Andhra Pradesh government for the policies like selling meat and selling movie tickets and said it is nothing but extremity. This should be seen that the situation has gone out of the government and this is not good for the state.
