Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar slammed TDP Government while speaking to media persons Today in Rajahmundry.
Undavalli: 'TDP Government has been neglecting Polavaram Project. There is no quality in the work being done so far. Spillways of Polavaram Project reminds us of CC Roads in villages. Cracks could be noticed on these spillways which were constructed by spending crores. I had no clue why the construction cost of the project has been hiked to Rs 40,000 crore'.
The Ex-MP opined Government-run by Chandrababu Naidu has gone past the Pindari rule. 'It's really unfortunate that Babu claims Polavaram, which was begun by late YSR, is his dream. Polavaram would have been completed within the budget proposed by YSR if it wasn't delayed by Governments,' he added.
Undavalli reiterated that he accepted the challenge throw by TDP MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary over open debate on Polavaram and Pattiseema.
