Undavalli View-Point: All TDP Leaders will go to jail!
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 Dec 2017 4:57 PM GMTA BJP Spokesperson warned TDP Leaders about the possibility of their jail term if an enquiry was ordered on Polavaram Project. While responding on this warning, Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar suspects diversion of polavaram funds as the BJP Leader is so confident about the imprisonment. 'Polavaram is a National Project. Centre should complete it and handover it to AP. Whereas, Chandrababu took the responsibility of completing it by 2018. He made a big mess by doing so. From a situation where he should be demanding Centre when the project will be completed, He has come to a situation where he is answerable to Centre. Union Government is believing the allegations of corruption made by YSRC,' he opined.
Undavalli: 'If Polavaram gets completed, Nobody would question us even if we use 800 tmc of water why because it's the ending point. Polavaram is the only project supporting water supply through gravity after Sriram Sagar'.
Ex-MP accused TDP Government of violating the guidelines while issuing Polavaram Spillway Tenders. 'Government decided to which company the tenders has to offered before issuing a paper notification. They haven't updated the tenders in website until recently. While Rs 1,300 crore was mentioned in the notification published in newspaper, Rs 1,400 crore has been quoted in the website. How did a wise man like Naidu make such silly blunders?,' he questioned.
