Undavalli recalls bifurcation days, eight years later!

Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar is doing a Vikramarka fight against the way the combined Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated. Raising his concerns over the issue, Undavalli is trying to prove that the state was made into two states without following the prescribed procedure.
As it's been eight years since the bifurcation was made, the former MP had moved the Supreme Court with a petition seeking an urgent hearing in the AP Bifurcation matter. The petition was filed by the public speaker on Friday.
Recalling how the bill on the bifurcation of Telangana from the combined Andhra Pradesh was introduced in the house, Undavalli Arun Kumar had alleged a few political parties were also not in favor of devising the state, and despite this, the bifurcation was made.
Undavalli Arun Kumar said that the BJP had accused Congress of not following the procedure on the Andhra Pradesh issue when the Jammu and Kashmir issue had popped up and on the grounds of the comments made by Modi and Amit Shah, a discussion should be held in Parliament.
Slamming the previous Andhra Pradesh government for not fighting on the issue, Undavalli Arun Kumar said that both ruling and opposition parties in the state should come together to fight for the state.
