This is the best example to say why KCR is unlike other Chief Ministers. He isn't the kind of CM who neglects the poll promises after forming the Government. Ahead of the 2018 Assembly Polls, KCR announced Unemployment Allowance of Rs 3,016 estimating there could be 10 lakh Youth who doesn't have the work inspite of the educational qualifications. At the same time, TRS Government analyzed the implementation of this scheme in other states.

In Chhattisgarh, Unemployment Allowance of Rs 1,000 was offered to the Youth in the age-group of 18 to 35 if the family annual income is less than Rs 2 lakh.

In Haryana, 10th Passed Out receive Rs 100 Unemployment Allowance. While Intermediate Passed Out receives Rs 900, Degree Holder gets paid Rs 1,500. Those who had done PG receives Rs 3,000 per month.

In Rajasthan, Unemployed Males were offered Rs 650 allowance and Females receive Rs 750. If the youth have a degree or diploma, He/She would be paid Rs 1,000 per month.

In Madhya Pradesh, Rs 1,000 per month allowance has been offered to Unemployed.

In Kerala, Unemployment Allowance is not more than Rs 120 per month.

TRS Government wishes to extend the benefits of Unemployment Allowance to Youth in the age group of 18 to 35. Self-Declaration was sought from the Unemployed to identify the beneficiaries. First of all, Unemployed need to enroll their names in the Employment Creation Centres. Parameters will be listed out to identify the beneficiaries from the applicants at the District-level. If employees of private firms seek unemployment allowance, It will be considered as a serious crime. Strict Guidelines of the Unemployment Allowance will rule out any scope for misuse. KCR is determined to offer Unemployment Allowance from June 2nd, 2019.
