Union Budget Session much in advance

The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs (CCPA) Today recommended holding the Budget Session of Parliament in advance. While the Budget Session begins on January 31st, Union Budget would be presented on February 1st.
President's Address will happen on January 31st. Even Tabling of the Economic Survey is expected on the same day.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presents the Union Budget on February 1st. The first phase of the budget session is gonna end on Feb 9th. Early presentation Union Budget hints implementation of new taxation from the start of new financial year.
Upcoming Budget Session has got lot of significance in the wake of Demonetisation and GST. This is also the first time Railway Budget would be presented along with the Union Budget.
