UP Cops Celebrates Diwali With A Minor Girl Whose Father Was Arrested For Selling Crackers Ollegally

The Uttar Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has imposed a ban on the sale and purchase of all sorts of crackers in the state. The ban will be effective from November 10 midnight to November 30-December 1 midnight.
Following which the cops have conducted raids and closed the shops that were selling crackers illegally. As part of the raids, the cops have seized the crackers and arrested the father of a minor girl.
The other day, a video went viral on social media in which the cops can be seen seizing the crackers and arresting a person despite his daughter pleading with the cops to not arrest him.
News Agency ANI quoted Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khurja as saying we have decided to celebrated Diwali with the minor girl as a humanitarian gesture and send a message that the festival can be celebrated without even bursting crackers.
