Upset Minister Throws Mobile Phone Away

Otherwise low-key and silent minister in KCR cabinet, Koppula Eswar was all fire and brimstone on Monday evening and even slammed his mobile phone on the ground. The minister was angry with an official in the Jammikunta civic body who did not make adequate arrangements for Koppula's visit.
Koppula was on a visit of Jammikunta municipality, which is part of the Huzurabad assembly constituency that would soon go to bypolls. The minister found that the official concerned did not make any arrangements for the VIP visit. He slammed the officials and asked him as to why he did not make arrangements that befit a minister. "Have you become busier than the ministers," he asked and slammed his mobile phone on the flood.
Koppula was on an inspection to understand the nitty gritty of the implementation of the prestigious Dalit Bandhu scheme in the constituency. As part of the inspection, he landed in Jammikunta. When he found that the officials did not make any arrangement for his visit, he flew into a rage.
The officials present there were non-plussed. They were shell-shocked on seeing the otherwise affable minister in an angry mood. They profusely apologised and told the minister that the mistake would not be repeated in future.
