Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao won laurels for making Telugu Mandatory till Class XII in all the educational institutions. Now, He took a decision which would bring a big smile on the faces of all the Muslims.

MIM Floor Leader Akbaruddin Owaisi appealed TRS Government to make Urdu second official language in Telangana. Quickly, KCR responded positively to the proposal saying it's a long pending decision. Apart from making Urdu 2nd Official Language, He gave an assurance that Competitive Examinations will be conducted in this language as well from now.

In addition, Urdu Officers will be appointed in all the Government Offices including CMO. A District Selection Committee (DSC) notification will be issued for hiring 900 Urdu Teachers. An exclusive IT Corridor & Industrial Estate will be established for the Muslims in the State.

KCR decided to proceed legally to fulfill his promise of 12 percent reservation for Muslim Community.
