US To Reject Visa & Green Card For Errors

Trump Administration kept finding new ways to turn down as many H-1B Visa and Green Card Applications as possible. Which means, Travelling to USA or making a life in America isn't going to be as easier as it used to be in the past.
As per a new Visa Rule which was passed on September 12th this year, US Authorities can reject a Visa or Green Card Application either citing missing documents or mistakes without offering any chance for the Applicant to offer his explanation. Deportation to their respective country will be the next step if visa period ends.
The only relief is that the revised rule isn't applicable for either Tourist Visas or Business Visas. Mostly those Indians seeking work-related Green Card would be affected by the new rule. Around 9,800 Indians were granted work-related Green Cards per year.
