A jury convicted them in the case. They are believed to have indulged in a corporate scam and cheated the customers and investors.

Rishi Shah, who co-founded the startup, and Shradha Agarwal, the former President of the firm were found guilty of the scam. The jury convicted them and the money laundering angle is also suspected. The Jury gave the order. Former chief operations officer, Brad Purdy was also found guilty in the case as he confessed to his crime.
Besides delays in delivering the products, the duo also overcharged advertising services worth $45 million. The company named Outcome Health has been indulging in wrongdoings since 2011. The hearing lasted for around 10 weeks and the jury ordered the conviction.
