The United States continues to fear the ongoing pandemic. Since November 2020 the fresh infections related to the pandemic are surging at regular intervals across the nation.

Following this, the United Nations swung into action and issued new directives for the passengers who reach the US from other nations. These new rules are mandatory for all passengers.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in its new orders made it clear that passengers travelling to the United States should submit a Covid-19 negative test report.

The directives apply to all the passengers coming from other countries to the US. They should get themselves tested for the pandemic three days before time travel and produce the Covid-19 negative test report.

After submitting the report, the airline authorities will confirm the authenticity of the Covid-19 negative test report. The passengers will be permitted to board the flight only after the reports are confirmed.

The passengers can submit the Covid-19 negative report to the authorities either digitally or in a printed form. If the report is not submitted, the passengers will not be permitted to board the flight.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the new rules will come into effect from the 26th of January, 2021, and the passengers of 2 years of age or older should get themselves tested with the Viral test' (NAAT or antigen test) between 1-3 days before they travel.
