Indian Companies based in US will face a huge setback if 'H-1B & L-1 Visa Reform Act 2016' introduced by two Lawmakers of bipartisan group gets approval.

Usually, Majority of the Indian IT Firms depend on NRIs who arrive on H-1B and L-1 visas for their operations. If the new Bill gets passed, Then IT Companies will receive a huge blow as those organizations with 50 percent of total staff comprising H-1B and L-1 visa holders or over 50 employees falling in the same category could no more import employees.

Pascrell and Rohrabacher believes Indian Firms have been ignoring local talent and exploiting people from other Nations only to make a moolah. The 'H-1B & L-1 Visa Reform Act 2016' will keep a check on the fraudulent acts.

If 'H-1B & L-1 Visa Reform Act 2016' gets passed, then the Senate will clear it. Following which, An approval from US President Barack Obama is sought and then it would be brought as a Law.
