US Minister Cancels Tour for Modi

Kerry was personally invested much of his time and energy in resolving the Afghan crisis. He visited Kabul several times after the presidential elections to negotiate between the two candidates Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah. A scheduled travel to Afghanistan to be personally present at the swearing in ceremony of the new president. But considering Modi's arrival in the state Kerry had canceled his trip to Afghanistan. As already India and US ties are in little trouble after US selfish acts on Modi visa, now Kerry trying to handle these issues in smooth manner.
PM Modi, who is currently in New York to attend the annual session of the U.N. General Assembly, would travel to Washington DC on today. After his meeting with Obama, Modi will have a meet with Kerry and Biden on the foreign affairs.
