US Tells Good News for Student Visa Aspirants!
X
The flow of professionals and students with big dreams to the land of opportunities, America can be seen during and post Donald Trump administration. When he was the President of the United States, he made sure that the local Americans would get the most opportunities in terms of employment.

He brought a few resolutions to make the visa process tough and lengthy. Donald Trump even tried to use local and non-local employment as a boost-up for the polls. However, he could not succeed with the Indian-Americans and other migrants voting for Joe Biden.

Joe Biden had cleverly used the visa issue as an election weapon and this made wonders for him. He had assured that the Visa limits will be increased, once he becomes the President of the United States. He is implementing the same in a phased manner. The Joe Biden Administration had announced that the student visa slots were increased.

Besides increasing the student visa slots, the US administration had also cut short the waiting time for the visas. This will benefit the students who have been waiting for years to get a US visa.

The visa numbers given to students have come down massively due to the Covid impact. Fearing that they might get the Covid virus, many Indian students did not apply for the visa. As a result, the US hae=s been issuing fewer visas. The visa slots have been released on Monday by the administration. Aspirants have already applied for the visas and are eagerly waiting for their D-day to come.

Experts say that Joe Biden is clearing the mess that was created by former President Donald Trump. Though it is a slow process, we can see the students and aspirants getting a big relief as far as the visas are concerned. Let us hope that the current administration in the United States will bring such ideas.

However, the waiting period for the tourist visas has remained the same as the US administration did not make any changes to the existing system. It is said that the government might take a key call on this soon.
