US Woman jailed for 24 Years for killing Indian Man

Queens Supreme Court Justice Gregory Lasak found Erika Menendez guilty of pushing an Indian Man to death in front of a Subway train. The 33-Year-Old has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for the crime.
On December 27th, 46-Year-Old Indian Man Sunando Sen was waiting for the train at a Subway Station. It was then Erika came behind him when the train reach the platform and pushed him from behind, leading to his death.
After her arrest, Erika said in her statement to Cops that 'I hate Muslims and the Hindus'. When the Judge asked her if she could remember that, Erika said she can't recollect why she had pushed the Indian to death. The Judge expressed his anger on the convict and described it as brutal homicide before pronouncing the jail term.
