Uttam Kumar Reddy's Wife Shown Exit Door

Uttam Kumar Reddy and his Wife Padmavati were two out of 20 Congress Candidates who emerged victorious in the 2014 Elections. While Uttam emerged victorious from Huzurnagar, Padmavati won against TDP Candidate Bollam Mallaiah Yadav with a margin of 13,374 votes. This result prompted Congress High Command to elevate Uttam as T-PCC Chief.
Congress Leadership, however, isn't willing to offer MLA Tickets for both Uttam and Padmavati in the upcoming elections. Why because, Senior leaders such as Jana Reddy sought ticket for his Son Raghuveer Reddy, Sabitha Indra Reddy lobbied for her Son Karthik Reddy, Konda Surekha demanded ticket for her Husband Konda Murali and Anjan Kumar Yadav asked ticket for his Son Anil Kumar Yadav. If Uttam's Family gets two MLA Tickets, Why would other Seniors settle for just one?
On the other hand, TDP demanded Kodada Seat as this is one of the few segments where it could give a fight to TRS. All these factors might force Padmavati to stay away from Assembly Polls 2018.
