Tickets For Seemandhra Settlers in Telangana
By: Tupaki Desk | 11 April 2018 5:31 PM GMTTelangana PCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy declared Congress Party will offer MLA and MP Tickets to even Seemandhra Settlers in 2019 Elections. He claimed to be planning a strategy to bag majority of the seats in Hyderabad and the constituencies surrounding the capital.
Uttam Kumar Reddy: 'We are in touch with Leaders representing Settlers in Hyderabad. Few Seemandhra Settlers will be offered tickets. Even the High Command has given it's consent. This time, Settlers will be backing the Congress Party as the current situation is different from how it was in 2014. MIM and BJP have secret deals. That is why strong Minority Leaders are getting closer to Congress. We are gonna clean sweep in Palamuru, Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy districts. Even the victory of Congress in any of the districts is unstoppable'.
Congress President didn't rule out the possibility of alliance with TDP in 2019 Polls. He, however, told it's up to the High Command to take a call on the alliance. Uttam informed many Leaders who defected to TRS from Congress are keen to come back into the parent party.
On Rahul Gandhi's 70-plus Rule, Uttam clarified Congress Chief only meant Seniors should make way for Youngsters but he didn't ask them to resign.
