VH-Nagesh Clash On The Stage
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 May 2019 1:48 PM GMTWhat was supposed to be a protest by Opposition Parties at Indira Park in Hyderabad seeking justice for the family of Intermediate Students who committed suicide ended up becoming a battle ground for two Senior Leaders. Congress Leader V Hanumantha Rao and Tribal Leader Gajjala Nagesh crossed the line in the presence of rest of the Leaders.
When Khuntiya arrived to the venue, VH who was delivering his speech by then welcomed the Telangana Congress In-Charge. Even Gajjala Naresh reached the dais at the same time and got ready to occupy the seat allotted for Khuntiya. That is when an argument took place between both the leaders. While VH manhandled Nagesh, Nagesh got hold of the shirt of VH. They ended up falling on the ground during the scuffle. Rest of the leaders at the venue tried to pacify them.
Opposition Leaders were shell shocked to witness the clash between Congress Leaders on the stage. Kodandaram expressed his anguish on the incident saying such kind of public behaviour before the families of deceased students is like insulting them. He advised VH and Nagesh to settle scores in Gandhi Bhavan instead of behaving in such a manner on a common platform.
