Vaastu Defect in AP Assembly

Ever since KCR became the Chief Minister of Telangana, Modifications has been done to a lot of structures citing vaastu defeat. He even contemplated on constructing a new secretariat with a budget of Rs 850 crore. The TRS Supremo, however, kept the project on hold for now due to severe criticism over splurging of tax payers money.
Now, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu who keeps saying the state is in severe financial crisis and he is even finding it difficult to pay the salaries isn't hesitating to splurge money citing Vaastu defect. Though Hyderabad remains joint capital for 10 years, Babu decided to construct temporary Assembly & Secretariat with state-of-the-art infrastructure by spending crores.
Still, The Chief Minister is of the feeling that Vaastu of the Assembly isn't right. On the day Assembly Sessions had begun in new capital, Babu received notices from Supreme Court in connection with cash-for-vote case. So, He decided to make necessary changes to the temporary Assembly. Few modifications were already done to the secretariat citing the same reasons.
Officials have been setting up new gate (6th Gate) for AP Assembly. Because of the vaastu defect, CM has been preferring to travel in a different route. How could Naidu defend his actions when the state is in crisis?
