Vehicle-mounted CCTV Cameras in Telangana

In an attempt to tighten the security and ensure the safety of the citizens, Hyderabad Police launched Vehicle-mounted CCTV Cameras.
About five Vehicle-mounted with CCTV Cameras have been flagged off by Hyderabad Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy at Tank Bund in the first phase. The CCTV Cameras felicitate a 360 degree panoramic view and the footage could be stored for 15 days. Footage captured will be monitored from the Command Control Centre at the Tank Bund. These vehicles would come in handy while monitoring the security arrangements during Ganesh Idols immersion in Hussain Sagar and Bakr Eid festival.
Very soon, All the 120 Patrolling Vehicles in Hyderabad city will be equipped with mounted CCTV Cameras. So, Anti-Social Elements need to beware of these Vehicles mounted with CCTV Cameras else they will be facing some serious trouble.
