Are Those 'Mid Night' Poojas Done By TDP MLC?

Vijayawada Kanakadurgamma is very famous for her ever laughing face covered with turmeric. People believe that after killing an asura (demon), she located to this place to cool off her anger. Few early photos of the idol, show that she has very angry behind behind that ever smiling face.
Also, legend goes by saying that Kankadurgamma is still present in the idol and she can be awoken by few unceremonious poojas that include black magic and different Tantric pooja practices that are deemed to be bad for society.
Such a pooja has been said to be conducted in Kankadurgamma temple during the night time and Government, said that they will look into the matter with great interest as it regards religious beliefs of people.
AP CM, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, announced that soon, a committee will look into the matter.
Opposition party leader, Vellampalli Srinivas said that the tantric poojas were conducted by MLC Buddha Venkanna for their small boss, Nara Lokesh. Hoping that this will give him enough power to overcome all the negativity surrounding him.
His comments have become the centre of attention and people are asking the AP Government to drag culprits to the bars without fail. Otherwise, as Mr. Vellampalli said, they could be inviting the wrath of Kanakadurgamma rather than her blessings, they fear.
