Former vice-president of India M. Venkaiah Naidu is regarded as one of the veteran politicians. He had a humble beginning to his career and that did not stop him from reaching great heights. In his illustrious career, Venkaiah Naidu held many big posts and also served as the Vice-President of India. He is not active in politics these days.
Using his knowledge and experience, Venkaiah Naidu has been working on making the political spectrum a better place. Earlier this month, Naidu Garu said that Politicians are becoming intolerant and they should start taking criticism. His comments attracted praise from opposition leaders as well.
Now Venkaiah Naidu had made some key comments and he has a request for voters. Saying that politics have deteriorated and people should vote for leaders who have good character, he asked voters to not get accrued away with factors like money and community. He said that leaders who use bad language should not be sent to the houses.
Those who use bad language should not be elected and voters should give them a strong message by defeating them. He said the comments at an Athmeeya Sammelanam held at Atmakuru. His comments grabbed everyone's attention.
Moreover, we are living in a political season. Karnataka will see general elections in a few weeks and Telangana is scheduled to go to the polls this year. Andhra Pradesh is scheduled to go for the elections next year. If the voters would follow this then the majority of legislators would have to face the heat.
