Who Is Influencing AP Speaker?

A Speaker can't be partial to any particular political party and has to abide by the rule book. This is why, He/She will resign to their party first before accepting such a post.
Opposition Parties in AP allege Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad has been receiving instructions from CMO. The allegation made by YCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy is now making everything express the same doubt.
As many as 23 YCP MLAs shifted to TDP since 2014. No action has been taken by Speaker so far inspite of several representations given by YSRC. Main Opposition had even moved the court for the disqualification of defected MLAs. Speaker could issue notices to defector MLAs and take action against them. Whereas, Kodela isn't in a mood to take a decision though years has been passing. Even Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu opined it would be nice if such decisions were taken within 2 months.
