Vijay Sai Reddy Named BJP, TDP - A1, A2!

Vijay Sai Reddy asserted YSR Congress Party has been fighting for Special Category Status for the past four years. 'While YSRC believed Special Status is sanjeevani, TDP had openly declared it's not a sanjeevani. YCP, Jana Sena and Left Parties kept saying Special Status alone can be a solution for issues in AP,' he told.
While speaking about AP Reorganisation Act 2014 in Parliament on Tuesday, Vijay Sai Reddy didn't hesitate to say: 'BJP & TDP are Accused No.1 & No.2 respectively when it comes to denial of Special Category Status to AP. People of AP would punish the real culprits in 2019 Polls. Union Cabinet passed a resolution granting Special Category Status even before BJP came to power. Who gave the powers for NDA to cancel the resolution passed by previous government? It's unfair on part of Centre to deny Special Category Status to AP citing 14th Finance Commission recommendations'.
Rajya Sabha Chairman Venkaiah Naidu intervened while Vijay Sai Reddy was delivering his speech in the Upper House to ask him to conclude. Citing 27 minutes allotted for TDP, Vijay Sai Reddy sought at least 15 minutes for YSRC. However, Venkaiah Naidu didn't respond positively to the appeal.
