Congress Omits Vijayasanthi, Konda Visweshwar Reddy From Star Campaigners List

The Congress Party is in such confusion in the GHMC polls that it is finding it difficult to come up with a list of star campaigners. The reason? It does not who is defecting to the BJP. The party has so far come out with a list of ten star campaigners.
But, strangely both Campaign committee chairperson Vijayasanthi and former MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy are not in the list. A campaign team sans campaign committee chairperson? Yes. That's the Congress position today. With the rumours abounding that leaders like Vijayasanthi and Konda Vishweshwar Reddy are set to join the BJP, the PCC chief did not include their names in the list.
Interestingly, neither Vijayasanthi nor Konda Visweswar Reddy have not yet joined the BJP and the latter had clearly indicated that there is no truth in the rumours that he was joining the BJP. Though both have not yet formally joined the BJP, the Congress is so wary that it has omitted their names from the star campaigners list. Now, these two leaders and several others like Survey Satyanaranaya might be forced to take a stand on joining the BJP. Congress leadership's confusion seems to be costing them dear.
