Vijayashanthi's political career comes To Full circle

Actor-turned-politician and former Medak MP Vijayashanthi who has been staying away from the Congress party and party activities for quite some resigned from the Congress party, reports claimed.
It is believed that the Veteran actress will join the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) in the national capital Delhi in the presence of Union Health Minister Amit Shah on Monday.
Vijayashanti who alleged that she was not treated properly has been staying away from the party for some months and she didnât even campaign for Congress in Dubbaka and recently concluded GHMc elections.
Adding fuel to reports of leaving Congress, she never missed an opportunity to heap praise on BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On the results day of GHMC polls, she even mocked TRS after the party was restricted to 55 wards in GHMC out of 150 wards, whereas the party won 99 wards in the previous elections.
Surprisingly, she started her political career by joining the BJP in 1998. She served as secretary of BJP's Women's Wing. However, during the Telangana agitation, she left the BJP and actively practiced in the Telangana movement.
Due to some disputes within the TRS party, she left the party and joined the Congress party in 2014. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Ramulamma campaigned vigorously for the Congress.
Now she again shifted her loyalties to BJP. Looks like, she has reached from where she started her political career.
