Vijayashanti - Is It Truth Or Just Covering?

Soon after being chosen as Star Campaigner by Congress Leadership, Vijayashanti declared she won't contest in the upcoming Assembly Polls. Few days later, She herself hinted about contesting from Medak Constituency. However, The name of the Actress-turned-Politician didn't feature in the first and second list of Congress Candidates.
Vijayashanthi explained to media: 'I am a Star Campaigner. If I contest, My Focus will be on my constituency alone. I can concentrate on as many constituencies as possible if I don't contest. This is why I didn't seek ticket from the party leadership'.
In 2014 Elections, Ramulamma had unsuccessfully contested from Medak Assembly Constituency. She might have decided to stay away from electoral politics as the chances of her victory looked bleak. Instead, Bagging Rajya Sabha Seat or Cabinet Berth if Mahakutami forms government could be her future plan.
Or else, Vijayashanti might have covered the denial of ticket using the Star Campaigner status. Congress allotted Medak seat for TJS. Who reported to Congress High Command that offering ticket to Vijayashanti is of no use?
