Yellepeddi Padmasree (now Padmasree Warrior) who hails from Vijayawada is now in race for Twitter CEO. She has done her schooling (Children's Montessori High School) and studied till Intermediate (Maris Stella College) in this AP City. She pursued chemical engineering at IIT-Delhi and post-graduate at Cornell University. She is the former CTO of Cisco Systems and Motorola.
Forbes has named Yellepeddi Padmasree as one of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women in 2014. Fortune Magazine declared her as one of the four rising stars on its Most Powerful Women 2006.
Dick Costolo resigned as Twitter CEO early this year and co-founder Jack Dorsey is currently the interim CEO. The social networking firm is keen on picking up one among the four of its senior business executives for the top post.
