TDP Corporator misbehaves with Woman in Flight

A Case has been booked against TDP Corporator of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC), Ummadi Venkateshwara for allegedly misbehaving with a Woman Co-Passenger in the Air India flight from Delhi to Hyderabad.
The Woman alleges TDP Corporator, who sat beside her during the flight journey, was drunk and misbehaved with her. She filed a police complaint soon after landing at Shamshabad Airport. Whereas, The TDP Leader took the flight to reach Vijayawada. He was stopped at Gannavaram airport by the local police following the directions from Hyd Cops.
However, The Corporator claims miscommunication led to the police complaint. He even questions, 'How can I misbehave with a 60 years old woman who is like my mother? My leg has accidentally touched her and she then asked for a change of seat. As I don't know either english or hindu & she can't speak telugu, it created a lot of confusion'.
