Serious allegations on Hero Vikram!

A month ago, Model Sonika Chauhan died in a car accident. Bengali Hero, Vikram Chaterjee was at the driving wheel and he survived with a head injury. Now, the hero could be looking at a jail term of at least ten years, if the allegations are proven.
Going into the details, Vikram and Sonika were coming back from a pub on 29th of April and the actor was driving the car rashly. Under the influence of alcohol, the actor hit the divider with great speed and Sonika died on the spot.
The actor claimed that he did not touch alcohol even though he had bottles in the car but police investigation concluded that he drank in the pub and was under the influence of alcohol while driving the car.
Even though he did not commit the murder in full senses or with malicious intentions, due to him an person did lose their life, so he is now booked under section 304, for culpable homicide. Well, if judge finds the evidence conclusive, the actor could find himself behind the bars for at least a decade.
