Hero's Late Arrival leads to Violence in Poll Rally

Bollywood star Ajay Devagan's late arrival for a rally in poll bound Bihar has prompted the restless public resort to violence. After the crowd started pelting stones, Police resorted to a lathi-charge to control them. In the incident, At least 12 people which include few policemen were injured.
Ajay Devagan was supposed to reach the venue by 10.30 am in support of BJP candidate Sunil Kumar. However, The actor only arrived at 1 PM and the crowd turned wild after waiting for so long. Instead of addressing the meeting, Ajay Devagan waved at the crowd from the helicopter and didn't land at all. Out of anger, The Crowd began throwing chairs and stones on the policemen.
Who will have to take the responsibility for the ruckus at the poll rally in Bihar Sharif and Nalanda? Is it Ajay Devgan for being late? or Should BJP be blamed for relying on Cine Glamour?
