The Civil Aviation Ministry made it clear it won't be removing the name of Robert Vadra (AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi's Son-in-Law) from the no-frisking list at the Domestic Airports.

Recently, The Home Ministry has directed Civil Aviation Ministry to review the list of 33 Categories of People in the No-Frisking List. It also confirmed threat perception to Robert Vadra wasn't serious enough to include his name in the list but advised the Civil Aviation Ministry to take a final call after consultation with the Special Protection Group (SPG). Finally, The Civil Aviation Ministry decided to continue the VIP treatment to Sonia's Son-in-Law.

As of now, Robert Vadra isn't frisked at airports whenever he was accompanied by SPG. If he was removed from the No-Frisking List, Then this businessman would be subjected to frisking at all airports even if he was surrounded by SPG.

Civil Aviation Ministry's No-Frisking List includes President, Vice President, Prime Minister, Union Cabinet Ministers, Leader of Opposition, Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, Governors, Supreme Court Judges, High Court Chief Justices and etc.,
