Virat Kohli might have reached many milestones so far. Even Today, He gets shivers down the spine when he thinks about one man. You are mistaken if you think he could be a Worldclass Pacer as the Indian Test skipper is only scared of his childhood coach. 'My coach is the only person I am scared. Due to respect, I keep mum whenever he scolds Me. Its nice to have someone like him,' says the Star Cricketer, at the launch of his book 'Driven'.
Notably, Kohli never change his coach and Rajkumar Sharma is his only mentor since 1998. 'For Me, loyalty is utmost important in relationships. I had only one coach since 1998 and that's never gonna change. Even in IPL, I'm gonna play only for Royal Challengers Bangalure (RCB),' he told.
Veteran cricketers Kapil Dev, Sehwag and Anil Kumble have been present for the book launch event. Sehwag revealed that Pradeep Sangwan once told him that Kohli gonna break all of his records. He appreciated the humbleness of Kohli despite achieving so much.
Kumble praises Kohli for the way he prepares for his matches and admits when he makes a mistake. He said Kohli will be really proud of what he has achieved post retirement.
Ravi Shastri opined Virat is on his way to become one of the All-Time Greats in Cricket History. He particularly mentioned about his simplicity.
Kapil Dev felt Kohli's fitness levels are marvelous. He advised him to have a sense of humor to over tough situations.
