Indian skipper Virat Kohli condemned the rumours of rift between him and Rohit Sharma. During the press conference ahead of West Indies tour, Kohli opened up on the speculations: 'Its baffling and absolutely ridiculous to be honest. That's like feeding off lies. Apart from overlooking facts, We are creating fantasies and scenarios in our head, and want to accept that it's a fact. I have seen this happen for too long...bringing personal lives into the picture.It's disrespectful!'.
When quizzed if there is any sort of change in equation with the Vice Captain, Kohli clarified: 'I had always praised Rohit Sharma whenever there was an opportunity. Come and watch how the dressing room atmosphere is like. We wouldn't have succeeded in the past four years had if there was no team work'.
On the ICC Test Championship beginning from August 1st, Kohli claimed he considers Test Cricket as the most important format.
Virat Kohli ruled out any chances of taking rest until physio suggests him to do so based on his fitness.
