At least 12 people were killed and four others were rushed to the hospital after a Shooter opened fire in a Virginia Beach City building on Friday afternoon. Three out of the four injured people are in critical condition.
The Suspect was gunned down by the Cops after a long gun battle. He is identified as DeWayne Craddock, a Public Utilities Worker. The 40-Year-Old worked as a engineer for Virginia Beach city in the Public Utilities Department. He purchased .45 caliber pistol, a supressor and many high capacity magazines.
Mayor Bobby Dyer said, 'It's the most devastating day in the history of Virginia Beach'.
