Who Called Chandrababu A Liar?

BJP Floor Leader Vishnu Kumar Raju accused AP CM Chandrababu Naidu of lying about the funds granted by Centre to the state.
While speaking to media soon after BJP Ministers Kamineni Srinivas and Manikyala Rao tendered their resignations, Vishnu Kumar Raju said: 'Chandrababu is speaking blatant lies. There is no truth in the claims of AP Government that it has submitted utilization certificate for the funds allotted by the Centre. I have no clue why TDP Government isn't willing to disclose exact Project Estimates, Revenue Deficit and details about Proposals. Soon, I will obtain the DPRs and LPs submitted by the TDP Government to Centre to expose the false claims'.
Vishnu Kumar Raju blamed AP Government for the delay in the release of central funds. 'This wouldn't have happened had if State Government submitted DPRs in time,' he complains.
