Visakha Land Scam: BJP MLA defends TDP MLA!

Anakapalli TDP MLA Peela Govind and 11 Others have been arrested in connection with Visakha Land Scam based on the police complaint registered by Tehsildar Easwar Rao & evidence collected by Special Investigation Team appointed by State Government. The TDP Legislator is facing the allegations of encroaching 95.89 acres of Government Land.
Much to everyone's surprise, BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju who kept attacking TDP Government regarding the Visakha Land Scam came in support of MLA Peela Govind. He questioned, 'Police can arrest an MLA if he/she misused power to amass wealth. But, How could the Cops arrest Peela Govind for the lands he purchased several years back?'.
Vishnu Kumar Raju gave an impression that plots which were identified as Government Lands actually belong to the TDP Legislator. Why would TDP arrest it's MLA without having concrete evidence about the irregularities? It's just simple common sense!
