Hero lauds KTR's New Proposal

Telangana Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has come up with a new proposal to address the Global Warming.
New Proposal: 'Planting a minimum number of Saplings should be made mandatory for obtaining permissions for new building in the municipalities apart from clear directions on arranging Water Harvesting structures'.
KTR feels Global Warming isn't an alien concept anymore and one has to take it seriously after witnessing 40-plus degrees temperature in late March and early April.
Bollywood Actor Vivek Oberoi found the proposal of KTR fabulous and progressive. 'More power to you Ram anna! Mandating it will automatically make our Urban jungles green!,' he tweeted.
In response, KTR thanked Vivek Oberoi and expressed confidence that the new proposal will be implemented without fail.
